The same hand-stretched dough and house-seasoned tomato sauce go down first, then a proper layer of real mozzarella, then a mix of fresh vegetables spread so that every slice gets a share. A hot, quick bake keeps the peppers and onions crisp and lets the cheese brown at the edges.

Yes. We open at 11:00 am Tuesday through Saturday, so a vegetarian personal pizza is an easy neighbourhood lunch. Monday we open at 4:00 pm and Sunday at 12:00 pm.
